ZERO COST SOLUTION FOR GOVERNMENTS

Try Safety First has developed a unique business model and written a specific wireless communication protocol regulation for governments desiring to remedy their societal cell phone problems at ZERO cost. TSF proposes a flat monthly protocol user fee of $1 per phone or $12 per phone per year. The protocol user fee will be collected and disbursed by the wireless providers according to plan. The revenue generated will pay100% of the necessary expense to outfit all prisons, schools, court houses, planes and public transportation vehicles with their respective protocol sensors.

Each state will secure bids from appointed installation contractors to install the protocol transmitter devices. Automobile manufacturers will install protocol transmitter devices in all new vehicles. (The cost of the protocol transmitter device is less than $10 so it can easily be passed on to the end consumer)

As the overall number of accidents decrease, the insurance premiums will also decrease. On average, consumers can expect to receive a 5%-7% decrease. For the average family in the U.S., this savings will amount to approximately $187 per year.
